As President and Chief Executive Officer, Tim supervises the day-to-day operations including marketing, staff training and development, policies and procedures, contract formulation, administration and budgeting are successfully administered. Tim has been in the residential management industry for over 20 years, with experience in new and older developments. His expert knowledge of staff training and development, contract negotiation and budget control is not only as an asset to Quality, but to our clients as well. Tim has been successful in negotiating settlements with developers and Corporations. Tim left his last role as Vice President of a mid sized Management Company and partnered with Costa Kalamaris to assist in obtaining his goal of providing personal and quality management to their valued clients.
With over 20 years of experience in project management Costa’s experience and knowledge provides vital support to our managers, and corporation board of directors. He is responsible to liaison between the property managers and contractors on all aspects of project management. His expertise is a key asset to the corporations and CT Quality Property Management. His experience ensures that the tendering and negotiated agreements promote the best savings for the Corporations when carrying out major projects. His expertise in design/build projects offers our clients the upper hand when it comes to review of drawings and pricing on major projects.
With over 30 years of extensive accounting experience in the Property Management industry, Esther is a trusted accounting professional. Esther’s accounting experience and knowledge of financial statements preparation ensures that necessary financial reports and schedules are prepared on time in accordance with Canadian Accounting Standards. In addition, her expertise includes managerial accounting, tax planning, finance and assurance.
