Property management fee:
- Single family homes or condominium units: minimum $135 per month.
- Condominium Building. Each Corporation varies. Price depends on Office Staff requirements. (Minimum for Townhouse projects is $1,000.00/mo. Hi-rise could range between $25-$35 per unit/mo.
- Small income properties (2-4 unites): 6% of monthly rent income (minimum $245 per month per building).
- Investment properties (5 units and up): 5% of monthly rent income (minimum $455 per month per building).
- Commercial retail or office buildings: Please call for individual bids.
