CT Quality Property Management Inc. was formed through the partnership of Costa Kalamaris and Tim Bourdignon.. Costa with over 15 years in project management and Tim over 20 years in property management quickly discovered that they had a similar goal; providing quality service to our clients. It was agreed that driving force of success in Property Management was the “quality” of customer service and “quality” of communication with their clients (Boards of Directors and Property Owners). They have no wish to becoming a corporate giant in the industry, but wish to grow a manageable portfolio that they can maintain an active and personal role in to achieve their goal.
